develop a range of certified organic flavours to satisfy increasing customer
demand. Consumer interest in organic food products continues to grow, and
the market has segmented to include many types of processed food products

Clearly,
availability of organic raw materials is a key issue in this area, but we have
built up important links with a number of organic herb, spice and ingredient
suppliers. These links allow Savoury Flavours to offer a wide range of flavours
that can be certified organic, to support the growth of this important sector.
