Savoury Flavours acquires Imarco

Savoury Flavours is delighted to announce the acquisition of Imarco Food Ingredients, for whom it has been blending products for almost 12 months.

Imarco's business comprises sauce mixes for recipe dishes; and coating systems and seasonings for nuts and other snacks. Imarco will continue to trade as a separate division of Savoury Flavours Holdings, but will benefit from clear synergies with Savoury Flavours’ existing business in premium crisp & snack flavours, ethnic flavour systems and bakery premixes.

Many of the ingredients used in the two businesses are similar, as are the production methodologies and technologies employed by many of both businesses’ customers. These similarities will allow the two sister businesses to grown together and develop even more opportunities in this special sector of the food industry.
