- Mark Towler - Managing

Mark started his career in the food industry in 1976 with Spillers'
Flavour Research. Moving on to Lucas Ingredients in 1984
allowed him to broaden his experience in product development and
operations, and led to a move to Tingles as Factory Manager in
1990. The next step was to DC Flavours as Technical Manager,
before setting up Savoury Flavours Ltd in 1999. Mark's vast
experience right across the savoury flavouring and seasoning field
ensures that Savoury Flavours Ltd is well-positioned to design and
deliver the very best flavours to savour!
- Chris Towler - Director &
Company Secretary

Apart from meeting Mark whilst at Spillers in the late 70's, Chris also
gained secretarial and administration experience as PA to several senior
managers. Mark's move to Lucas meant Chris taking similar work
with a medical equipment company, before a break to bring up two
daughters (- Sam and Debbie, who both also do some ad hoc work for
Savoury Flavours!) Chris then did some more admin and samples work
with DC Flavours before helping Mark to set up Savoury Flavours, where she looks
after Admin and Finance.
Sometimes it seems the only Towlers that don't work for
Savoury Flavours are the chickens and goats!
- Kim Rawlinson - Technical
Manager

Kim joined Mark in Savoury Flavours from the very beginning, bringing
with her a wealth of technical and laboratory experience from many years
with DC Flavours. As Technical Manager, she is responsible for all
technical aspects of the business, including quality control of raw
materials and finished goods, and administration of the Quality System.
- Kevin Lockwood - Flavourist

Kevin - a chemist with a chef's creative flair - joined Savoury Flavours
in 2002, after 25 years in the flavour industry with Dragoco, DC
Flavours and Sensient. Kevin is now responsible for much of the
company's flavour innovation, and enjoys the opportunity to combine his
artistic tendency with his love of cooking.

- Geoff White - General
Manager
-
A
Chemist by training, Geoff has defected to the
discipline of Management over many years in the UK flavour industry.
Former MD of Edlong Flavours, Geoff has also chaired BEMA and EFFA.
Experienced in technical, sales and general management, Geoff joined
Savoury Flavours in 2005 to strengthen the management of the
business and help to sustain continued growth.
Adrian Mohammed -
Production Supervisor
After 15 years in Engineering, Adrian joined the food industry early in
2002, and came to Savoury Flavours later that year. He was rapidly
promoted to Production Supervisor, and now looks after all aspects of the
factory, from raw material receipt through the mixing operation to finished
goods despatch.
In his spare time, Adrian is a dab hand with a shotgun -
but tries to avoid resorting to using his shooting skills to control this lot!.......
