Founded in 1999 by well-known industry expert Mark Towler and his wife Chris, Savoury Flavours is now well established as a prime supplier of high quality savoury flavours for the snackfood, sauce & prepared meals sectors of the UK and export food industry.  Our grade "A" certification against the latest BRC Global Standard for Food Safety (Issue 5: January 2008) demonstrates commitment to the very highest levels of quality, safety and legality in food manufacturing.  This is confirmed by our repeated achievement of the highest possible grade.

Outstanding customer service is the prime driving force in Savoury Flavours, underpinned by a deep conviction that it is people who matter most in business - customers, suppliers and employees. 

In 2005 Mark & Chris were joined by Geoff White, a former colleague. With strong flavour industry experience in technical, regulatory, sales and general management, Geoff strengthens the management of the business and helps drive sustained growth.

Located in modern industrial units in Manningtree, Essex UK, Savoury Flavours has steadily grown to occupy 850m² of racked warehousing and hygienically clad production areas, all housed in 8 adjacent modern industrial units.  This is supported by purpose-fitted quality control, flavour development and sampling laboratories; applications kitchen, tasting/presentation rooms and administration offices.

A member of both the European Snacks Association and Campden BRI, the company prides itself on its levels of technical and regulatory knowledge, and above all its expertise in global and regional tastes.
